Week 3 of 2 Timothy w/ Keegan. This week we read 2Tim2:1-8.

My thoughts:

Paul’s plea to Timothy… Keep the message simple and accurate. It’s all about Jesus. This was a great topic for Keegan given that he is surrounded by people at school that hold an inaccurate view of God, Jesus and His word. What is our role in this? What is our application? Keep our message simple. Don’t get caught up in the fray. Teach Jesus. It’s all about Jesus. It’s always been about Jesus. And it will always be about Jesus.
Not sure why we’re walking through such small chunks each week. If all we’re doing is an overview then I’m going to pick up the pace next week and cover more than just 8 verses.
I think the only reason I’m still doing the video is for accountability… and to see what strange things Keegan might say or do.
I love my kids.
